Personalisation Instructions: Please use the "Engraved Text" text box to tell us what text you would like engraved onto your tray (please double check that your wording and spelling is all correct before you submit as it will be engraved exactly how you type it). Please use the "Design Instructions" text box to give us any instructions you may have for us regarding your design e.g. layout and placement preferences, to describe any images you may want included, and anything else you may want us to know.

Please Note: We reserve the right to feature your personalised item for promotional purposes on our website, social media, etc. but please contact us to let us know if you would prefer we waited until after a certain date to do so e.g. in the case of a birthday or christmas present where you may wish to keep the item a surprise from the recipient. We also reserve the right to re-use any illustrations/designs we create per your personalisation request in our own standard product range. This would of course only apply to generic designs that do not contain any personal or identifying information.
User Instructions
NOT dishwasher friendly or suitable for soaking in water. To clean, use an anti-bacterial agent and a lint free cloth. Ensure to dry thoroughly after cleaning.
NOT food safe. Please do not use this tray as a chopping board, it is not suitable for cutting food on. Please do not consume food that has come into direct contact with this tray without the food having had protection from the surface of the tray by it's packaging, being in crockery or on kitchen roll, etc.
Production/Dispatch Time
Please be advised that personalised items may take up to 10 working days to be dispatched or ready for collection. We do strive to keep this turnaround time as short as possible but have to advise that it may well take this long during busier periods.
