  • Newcastle Quayside Bridges

Newcastle Quayside has played a key role in the city of Newcastle upon Tyne's rich culture, history, heritage, and development across all ages. The access to the River Tyne allowed for huge import and export trade, shipbuilding, and pioneering inventions that all had a hand in influencing the rest of the world. Today it is famous for the seven iconic bridges that all cross the River Tyne here. The bauble's illustration depicts the view of the bridges from the Millennium Bridge back over.
